Tilley TL106 Lamp

    Not the best picture but thats all i have for now

    Well, i think that's rather a good picture, what's not to like? :).. a happy lamp doing what it does best!

    She’s a nice example. These Pork Pies are, in my opinion, very good Tilley lamps and very desirable.

    Very nice boys, with the top and bottom bug guards it somehow looks even more ‘finished’ if you know what I mean.

    Technically, in that configuration with the 182 globe and insect shields, it’s a Tilley 116.

    The model numbers go like this:

    TL 106: Shade; no globe;
    TL 106IP: Shade; 182 onion globe; top and bottom insect shield;
    TL 116: No shade; 182 globe.
    TL 116IP: No shade; 182 globe; insect shields.

    The 136 and 146 model numbers follow the same pattern. These are the Table Lamps with the short “handle”, whereas the 106/116 have the long handle.
