Purchased from a seller in Malta. Day-Lite 500CP, Made in Western Germany. There are no marking on the base of the fount.
@george thank you. You are right, it has led a sheltered life. It doesn't look like it has been fired much at all. I am wondering if the last owner realised it is a kero lantern, the fount has a strong smell of petrol.
@Alex Smith Yes, there is a good chance the previous owner put gasoline in it. Perhaps he thought gasoline would "clean" it out. Never know for sure...
You don't see many of those about, and in superb condition, great find. Will you be fireing it up? It has the look of a good dark killer!
