Hi again, well I cleaned up and serviced the 320 replaced seals etc so I thought I'd give it a dry/wet run before first lighting, filled it with fuel and started to pump it up but there were lots of bubbly gurgling noises and it started to leak around the control cock and there's fuel in the pump?
What have I done wrong?:doh:
There is a jet coming out the vapouriser but it's leaking everywhere else.

The Bialaddin/Vapalux lanterns do not have a control cock it's just a pricker control, is it properly tightened, is a washer fitted to the bottom of the pricker control, have the seals been replaced in the gland nut, the non return valve which is located in the bottom of the pump tube needs to be removed and all of it's seals need to be replaced.

Does the vapouriser have a washer fitted to it, is the vapouriser properly tightened into the pricker control.

The NRV., can be unscrewed with a screwdriver.

If there is fuel in the pump then there is a problem with the NRV., did you take it apart and replace the pip and stretch the spring.

Yes I got the valve out and apart and replaced the tiny bit of rubber and the spring.

Those non return valves can be pesky. It may just not be seated correctly, try removing it again, turn the rubber around try it on the other side.

Well it was my intention to light it last night but then my brother in law turned up and we ended up putting the world to rights over a bottle or two and my wife decided not to let 2 idiots loose with a potential bomb and took it off me, spoilsport, so postponed until tonight I'm afraid.
