Just off the fettle pile and being run in. Cleaned and tidied up. Biggest task was the rust removal from the inner hood, evapo rust did the job for me. It is running well and a nice looking addition to the collection.
@X246A Jeremy, no before shoots unfortunately. Here is the current condition of the inner hood, still needs a bit of work doing. Was covered in surface rust.
Don’t think my one will ever look as good as this Alex and doubt it will get dark enough tonight to think about lighting up a lamp. Time of the simmer dim as I think Jeff would say.

Hello Jean J you are correct, but we are now a week past the summer solstice, so unfortunately the daylight hours are starting to shorten again.
@Jean J thank you. I was lucky enough to find this one in a fairly good condition. More dust and spiders than heavy use. @X246A Evapo Rust is good. Picked up the idea from @ColinG in one of his fettle posts, and have been using it ever since. It is especially good on Coleman frames. @Henry Plews Thank you, will do.
