Brass and plated brass throughout. Font afflicted with numerous stress cracks, POR15 treatment has worked. Not something I’d have taken a chance on if gasoline and not kerosene were the fuel however.

Inner hood with air adjustment ‘butterfly’.






Orthodox vapouriser - Petromax jet. Pricker wheel was missing so that’s a generic, unbranded, replacement. Globe too was missing.




Vapouriser marked ‘Trainite’.




No locking arrangement on the pump.




Works well.

@AussiePete Yeah Pete, I’m well impressed with the stuff. Maintained 30psi with just a 5psi drop due to fuel consumed over a couple of hours tonight.
