Thank you guys! I am still waiting for the proper sized glass to arrive Meanwhile i only got the undersized britelyt glass. I'm not sure if this trick is common or not. I used 0.4mm brass art wire to get the glass to stay centred with respect to the upper ring. And of course get rid of the rattling. My usual trick to overcome overly noisy glass when pumping is to add some kind of a soft spring. Here's what i mean. Notice the horseshoe shaped brass strip. And with the glass However, this trick doesn't work on the L6 frame. I'll have to settle with the simple wire trick for now. Till that undersized glass breaks? These glass bits… well, you can't go outdoors with them. You won't be able to see a thing The only thing similar, is that, depending on models, these 'lamps' can be space heaters too
