Got good news this morning from PayPal. They found in my favour against the claim from KG Logitec UK Ltd who claimed that several items that I sent to them did not arrive. Thanks to all who provided me with supporting evidence of similar experiences. I recommend that everyone avoids dealing with this outfit. Regards - Steve

    Hi All

Iv'e dealt with this lot too , sold them a Tilley R1 , but when i tried to contact them it was like trying to plat fog with boxing gloves on  .

Pheonix park seems like a ghost adress & the website they have seems the same , they messed me about over prices of postage & postal adress's this took three weeks before i managed to get things sorted "NIGHTMARE" , do not deal with this lot they're bad news

This bunch need banned from E-Bay, They try it on time after time. E-Bay and PayPal must be aware of the problems that this outfit cause. All we can do is keep adding them to our "blocked bidders" list. It would be helpful if you tell us the bidder's ID, so we can add him to our list. I believe that they change ID names regularly to try and get around this. Steve.

PS. They also never contacted me before opening their claim, and also never replied to any of my e-mails!!

    Hi Kenny

A local ebayer i know has had this problem with ( KG Logitec UK Ltd , kglpass4 , bestbuykg4 ) these people again just recently when he had them claim that the lamps he sent were broken nearly a month after he sent them & when he said he would refund some of the money after no contact at all they snapped it up at once "instantly" , they're con artists & i have blocked them on ebay now too.

To do this find the sitemap at the bottom of the ebay page click on this & find the "A to Z index" at the bottom on the right & under "B" find & click block bidders ,in the middle of the centre box is "add or remove bidders" ,click this & a box will appear " Blocked bidder buyer list " on the bottom left & type in the name of the people you do not want to bid ,then click submit , Simples :D .

Always keep proof of postage as ebay will always find on your side, or make bidders pay for recorded mail this puts off the scammers who say the item never arrived

Hope this helps stop this crappy practice :rage:

I sent an eBay item to these people a couple of months ago no problem. However I have 2 items ready to go when paid and comments have me seriously worried. But what mystifies me is the fact that they have 100% positive feedback.

They have 100% positive feedback because sellers are not allowed to give negative feedback to buyers. As these people only buy and never sell, they will always have 100% feedback!

Last year I sent a heavy duty pro video camera mounting plate to a buyer via a mail forwarder. The buyer claimed it arrived in Taiwan damaged. This was unlikely as it was a 1cm thick steel plate! I told him I would happily refund him his money once I had collected the item from the address I had it delivered it to in London. I never heard from him again.

Yes I think the lamps that I sold are in Thailand now so I have offered a full refund on return of the item
If foreign bidders are using them then they will have problems getting lamps from the uk as we will ban them from bidding
It is KG Logitech and the other one mentioned here
    That are causing the problems
Maybe they are charging the buyers the full shipping costs and then making a few quid on the side :rage: :rage:

If you do deal with them make sure there is a invoice or delivery note attached so they can easily match the parcel to the transaction.

I get loads of ebay purchases with no paperwork - no probs for a private buyer but this organisation has to know for which of their clients it's intended. They seem a shambolic outfit.

Sorry to be so dopey, but how does this work? (or, in fact, not work)

You advertise an item on ebay and it's bought by someone in a foreign country. So how do KG Logitech then get involved... :-s :?

They have a website where their users can search for stuff on ebay - like an ebay portal. The users bid & if they win they pay logitech & logitech pay the seller - as far as the seller is concerned logitech is the buyer. The seller ships to logitech & they ship to their user.

I don't know but I would assume the can send a number of boxes for a lot less than we can so the make on the postage and charge some sort of commission for the service

As always the middle men charge a fee because the site that they run maybe in Korean/Thai only at home where the bulk of their buyers are i.e. more convenient for them but not us  . I just wish the buyers would deal direct with ebay but the language barrier can be a problem ](*,) do ebay have a Korean operation :?:

Well I followed all suggestions, sent signed-for, details on outside of box etc and today they have made a claim against me for missing item. This seems to be a TL10 which was packed in box with 2xX246s so it must have fallen out of the inner box on the way! Help!!!

Yes, but Kenny you don't know they have bought until auction has ended. Can you then refuse to sell to them? I have another parcel ready to go (I only use Couriers so item is always signed for), it is going to Phoenix Park but to a different bidder as I had UKlogitech on my banned bidder list. eBay surely must see a pattern here.

Best way here is to add a caveat to the eBay auction and state that you will not sell to a third party such as Logitech or Phoenix Park addresses and any bidders who ask for items to be mailed there will have the sale voided and the item will be re listed. Only way to control these people is to refuse to do business with them. You can only do that in an auction if you say so when posting info on the selling page. ::Neil::

Yes your right Neil but he keeps changing his user name and we can't ban everyone's bid
I have reported him to eBay the say there was a pattern but the never reveal to anyone what action if any is taken but you don't have to send the package to them but then if they don't agree then you will have to pay the final value fees

It hard for a sell when you have a p;/)k like this operating

    Kenny.
