Loss of service 25 Feb 2012

We had a major failure on our server today. All is fixed now & the site reinstated from backup. Some files will appear to be missing but they will reappear shortly.

Things aren't back to normal for me yet - even waiting overnight. For example, I still can't see the 'Recent Gallery Posts' to the left...

Anybody else still suffering...

Database restore has worked but files haven't sync'd. I was informed restore of files was successful during the night (UK time) but obviously we still have issues. I have informed the techs.

 

Everything ok now? Images had been restored but the file permissions were out.

 

I'll put my hand up for that one.

Yep - we're on to them. There's a few on here & CCS from around that time not showing. Everything before & after seems fine. Hopefully just a file permission issue to be rectified.
