I'm waiting, not prepared, as usual but I'll have plenty of light (my lanterns) in case power goes out!
In my area they are calling for 12-18 inches of snow! I don't need this!:rage:

Buy beer and make the most of it. Life could be worse. On the plus side you wont need a cooler.

@eiremax Right you are! Got to look on the bright side - beer, that would really "light the way"!! Life is too short to worry about snow...

We didn’t have any real snow for years in the Netherlands.

To make 2020 a bit more positive to remember, I would welcome that amount of snow for the X-mas period for once.
Let’s have some fun in the snow!

And on the other hand people will start complaining about something else for a while, since we are in an official lockdown again as of today until at least 20 January.

You can't beat a good dump - bring it on! :D/

Just like The Netherlands, we haven't had any decent snowfall for years - it's occasionally there when you wake up but it's all gone by mid-day - bah! We don't really have winters any more - just late autumn and then straight into early spring, miserable, grey and damp... :-&

    Henry,

I sure hope not! We did have back-to-back blizzards several years ago that did total about 50-55 inches of snow! The state called out the National Guard to help open up the roads! I don't want to see that again.

I took these pictures about 2:45 PM EST. It's not bad, I just hope it doesn't get worse.

I can't get too far from the door because of the arthritis, don't wanna get stuck out here!

We dodged the bullet!! We got about 6-8 inches! Hopefully, it will be gone in another day or two!

To someone that lives in a place where it never snows it looks very pretty. :p
    Thanks, George and stay safe.

You can send some towards the UK George, we’ve not had decent snow here in years! Would be a good year for it seeing as we can’t go anywhere anyway!

Thanks to all! Yes, it's pretty and I must admit when I could still get around and shovel it, it was fun too, but now, that's another thing... youth is waisted on the young... lol
