Look amazing from here, but I think I like Victoria to much to head into that snow best for me to stay in the heat.

 

Mostly Rainbow Trout and yellow perch.

 

One of my best friends, from WA, fell in love with our mountains and the winters here. He's back in the land of oz now and laments the "winter" of his homeland.

I've never tasted Yellow Perch and never will now ... Are they good eating?

Very tasty when fried. Caught 20. I filleted them and put in freezer. The trout I usually smoke.

 

A top night out ! spectacular place.
