Choked generator Coleman 335 - results

    This lamp was very fussy about where the pricker 'lever' should be - micrometer precision needed or it would go out, much faster than if using the valve. I had cleaned the generator, but to no avail. I did it again using Hoppes no9 barrel cleaner and a .22 wire brush. It was clean before but it had a small build-up of carbon behind the threaded section where the jet screws in. Burns better now and not too fussy where the pricker is:
