    We decided to go shopping again as we were going cold turkey, I saw lots of Tilley lamps that I left behind and decided to be fussy with what I would buy.
    I'm looking for different variations of Tilley lamps that I already have so this is what I came home with.
    Very happy with what I got here are some photos.
    EX100 Steel Pump Red Brown Hood 6.jpg EX100 Steel Pump Red Brown Hood 2.jpg EX100 Steel Pump Red Brown Hood 4.jpg
    You will notice that this EX100 has a steel pump and air buttons as well as the original globe.
    R1 Heater 1935-40 Steel Fount 5.jpg R1 Heater 1935-40 Steel Fount 2.jpg R1 Heater 1935-40 Steel Fount 4.jpg
    This R1 has a steel fount and pump, the control cock valve i'm not sure of as yet, a Tilley logo on the reflector, I believe the vapouriser is a Kayen one.
    TL136 1940's Table Lamp 5.jpg TL136 1940's Table Lamp 3.jpg TL136 1940's Table Lamp 1.jpg
    As for this TL136 I only have one which I haven't touched as yet, but it has a earlier pump on it than my other one so I just had to have her thanks.

    Some great finds there Brian, the EX100 is a real gem. Has the EX pump got flats on the sides, like a nut? If so I think similar pumps have turned up in Oz, maybe someone else will chip in here.

    I’m guessing the steel fount R1 is from wartime production?

    Nice finds, all of them. They should keep you busy over the weekend!

    They are both different as you can see from the photos, the first photos are from the steel fount EX100.

    A fine haul!:thumbup::thumbup:

    The pump on the R-1 is probably made from a mixture of steel and brass parts and the control cock on the R-1 has a brass knob and the threads which the gland nut screws onto are made from steel, the links below show relevant information.

    The pump which is fitted to the table lamp is for a pork pie lamp or lantern, that lamp should have a Guardsman type of pump.

    8 Tilley control cocks

    4 Tilley WW2., pumps.

    @Buggerlugs Great finds. I found 3 Tilley R-55 here in the US in various conditions. Hoping to get them functional for next winter.

    By the way, what is the difference between the Tilley R-1 and R-55 heater?
