I pick this lantern up along with a Silveray. It is a TingKwon lantern. TingKwon is etched on the fount along with two stars. It is a petromax clone but does not have the preheater. Anyone have any experience with this lantern manufacturer? I was able to find a pretty good history on the manufacturer. I assume the parts are also interchangeable with Peteromax/Britelyte or Butterfly.
That genre of lanterns are all very similar and they usually work well once they have been properly set up, it's best to keep them dry though.
I like these clones, yours is a 350cp I think as it doesn't have the blowtorch preheater like the 500's do. Similar to the butterfly I have, very reliable and look good!
