Finally Finished!

I have just finished assembling this Bialaddin 300X using sourced and salvaged parts. No two parts are from the same lamp.
I bought the hood and spirit cup, but the rest I had already, and polished up. It's come out quite nice I think!

 

The black hood contrasts nicely with the polished brass. Quite handsome.

 

No denying that it certainly looks nice.

 

A grand old lantern.

 

You've done a very good job and your lantern looks fantastic.

 

I think I recognize the vapouriser and burner/air buttons was these purchased on the bay as I sold one to a buyer called John.

 

Cheers for the comments . Yes, the vaporiser suited my purposes being without a wire as its just for show really. The burner is knackered from another lamp so I used the buttons. The good burner is being used in another lamp. Madness in the method!

 

Looks great, especially for an assortment of spares. Shame she’s just for show, looks like she wants to be burning to me!

 

If it does not leak it can work ! but it does look so very pretty... well done Johnny

 

If I do fire it up, I will borrow a hood and spirit cup from another lamp though....
