Nice! Looks like an Aladdin Janus. Take a look at Nils´ lamp, posted here. The Minerva, like the one Neil has posted here is also similar, but I think the Janus is closer when looking at some details.
It certainly looks like the same one as I have. Some more pictures would be good. I would be very interested to see some pictures of the mantle holder and burner end. I'm missing something and am not sure what it is.
