where is this elektra lamp made?

I don't know the origin of it.
This lamp is very nice. What fuel is used to make it work Alcohol or Gasoline ?

This Elektra lamp was made of "Firma Antonín Fridrich" in Prague, probably in the 1920,s/30,s.
