Morning all, I just found 4 pcs brand new 1550/500 CP during my visit grandfather’s home. I need your advise to keep them as souvenir or sell (no idea for price)?
Its a very bright lantern. Dont sell all 4. Keep at least one piece. I guess eBay is your market if one want to sell them.
Welcome aboard! If they belonged to your grandfather, why don’t you keep them? I really hate to see family treasures like this sold. Think about it before you sell any of them.
Your Grandfather was a very sensible man. Keep all of them! There is a reason that the 'WANTED' ads here is hundreds of items long, and the 'FOR SALE' ads completely empty!!!
Put them back in operation and enjoy with family and friend. Most parts from current petromax might be interchangeable, for servicing. Or put them on ebay and you'll see the result.
