    Hi fellas,
    Dose anyone know . Is there any difference between a 242 Kero and 242 shellite generators,
    Australian made / Canada made
    If there is please let me know

    Hi Darryl - the 242K used a .006 tip and the 242 a .007 tip. You may be OK with a regular 242 gen or possibly
    try the jet from a 201 generator which I think is the required size.

    I just checked the Coleman gen list and the 201 gen is the replacement for a 242K gen.

    0.007" seems rather small for a Shellite lantern; is that correct? Just checking on the 242, 242A and 242B as I have one that is misbehaving presently.
