Coleman big hat 228 B ?

Hi fellas can someone ID This correctly please, Coleman made in Canada
Date looks like anA or 4 or a 1. year either a 3 or it’s 30, it has twin mantle, appears to be Coleman fuel

 

1-33 is my guess. A very old collar as well.

My first thought was 1-36, with the 6 tilted very slightly clockwise

 

My lantern did not take much to get going surprisingly, as found condition, new mantles, pump cup, fuel cap o ring.
