mantle storage

as soon as i saw this old post office sorting desk i knew what its new purpose would be. its only 24 inches wide and has potential to hold ( and keep organized) most of my small items. i put a few mantles on it to show the size and scale of the sorting bins. ill need a few parts trays that fit the openings but im really liking the idea of not digging through chaos to find what i need.

I pulled out several old boxes of small parts that ive wanted to get organized …. ill add a photo when im done but so far this is working great. might have room to acquire more parts
