Polishing helps remove viruses

I got this today.
I hope it will help me through the pandemic winter. I just don't know yet where exactly to rub/polish myself with it. And why does it say something about Metal Polish?
Unfortunately, there is no instruction leaflet...

 

For best results, you need to polish your nuts vigorously - buff 'em up to a good shine...

 

It helps against the polish virus.

Been using it since I was in my teens. Must have boosted my natural immune system no end!
