Foud these on fleemarket 1019 stamp Seems to be M so maby from year 1923.1020 stamp AC16 so maby from 1938.Some similarities on parts.1019 is missing jet and cleanin needle seems to be broken.
The 1019 would be W, not M, making it 1932. That is earlier than I thought they made the 1019, but it is good to learn something new. Good condition for a steel lamp as well. The burner assembly for the 1019 looks strange as well. The bracket holding the flame spreader is missing, which is screwed directly to the end of the mixing tube. Does this look home made?
Yes IT May Be W.The burner assembly indeed looks strange measurments are differnt to 1020 parts but lets see if i can put it pack to bring light.
Happy fettling. But give us more fotos. I dont think that it is W for 1932. It looks like number 11 and date code is missing (rust).... When it is from 1932 as Nils said, then it needs a handle with hook, a special type of preheater cup (first variation of 1020) and a two-piece enameled had... .
I think you are right. That would also fit better if the 1019 is later than 1932. @Lahtinen I am still interested in the unusual burner. If it is placed together with the correct parts, then it must have come from the 1020 and not the 1019. That burner parts (to the left) would make the 1019 correct and standard for a lantern from between 1934 and 1937.
