What blowtorch is this?

Does anyone know what make of blowtorch this? Any help much appreciated!

Looks to me like a version of “Monitor” model # 26.

 

Does look very similar apart from small valve pointing out towards camera. Pretty certain it’s a Monitor. Thanks

I agree with @coleman54 that it seems to be a Monitor 26 1 pt and the large screws and cap accord. Mine has slots in the handle and a brass fount and the 26 did also come with holes in the handle. There was also a steel fount 1 pt model 26 as well; so three models. Monitor made some good stuff.

Thanks Sedgman - I haven’t picked it up from the seller yet so I haven’t really had a chance to inspect it carefully. I’m hoping to be able to get it going but I imagine that it will need some new washers etc - which probably aren’t available (unlike Tilley spares) and will have to be fabricated. Mas long as can make it look good……..
