Optimus 500 with box

I've been looking for a long time. An optimus lantern that I was still missing. Only little used with box and original accessories. What year is it from? Before 1956 I know, but exactly? Thanks and please enjoy it.

I don't think these are common.

 

It looks pretty much the same as Ditmar 520.

 

That's a very nice example and a real bonus to have the box and accessories.

I don't think you will be able to get an exact age of the lamp. It's from the 1950s and before 1957 (not 56 as you wrote). My feeling is that it is probably from the later part of the period.
