Can you help me identify this Coleman lantern?

    The bottom of this is roughed up / oxidized? so I cant read what it might say. Can anyone suggest what model it is?

    I believe what you have there is a 220B. With the screw on pump cover and sandblasted globe it's a very collectible model.

    The date could range from the mid 30's to mid 40's.

    I agree with John, I have a 220b and they look very similar.

    I think 220B is right. It will be from the mid to late 1930s and maybe up to 1942. Early examples have a hood smaller than the globe cage and the wider hood seems to start around 1935 ish.

    Definitely a "B". The most distinctive feature of the B is the screw in pump. You've got the wrong filler cap on there, it should be a 3 piece cap but looks like a great lantern!
