Hi all I have just purchased a Bialaddin 320 from a car boot.it looks pretty well original but non working at present.I think it has the original glass with what looks like Bialaddin 305 on it.
T805 is the later version of the "cup" type glass with the step in the lower profile that rests on the frame to support the glass, originally used on the 315 & 320 lanterns. The 310 and the table lamps used the T5 glass, which lacks the step, but often turn up fitted with 805's as they can be used as a replacement ( due to breakage the original T5's are quite uncommon).
Hi Thankyou.I have decided to clean it up and get it running if possible.The vaporiser is clogged and the needle spring appears to be missing.What is the correct length of the vaporiser as I want to make sure I get the right one.Thank you for your reply Mark
To misquote Conor MacLeod, "There is only one!". All W&B lamps, lanterns & heaters use the same size vaporizer.
Hi got it going.replaced all the washers etc but could not get it pressurised.The NRV was stuck and had the little rubber pip missing.Fired up ok and burning steady for about 3 hours.Not sure how bright it is as have to wait for a dark evening.Think I will put it into use if all is well as in my opinion it needs to be used
