    Is it a double type mantle? Would the generator be straight or curved?

    sorry about all the questions but this is probably the nearest I’ll ever be to one :)

    The windguard gives it a great look.. great plated tank and enamel reflector :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

    Yes, double mantle. Uses the same loop generator of the hollow wires.

    I had a scout around and found some paperwork in another thread about hollow wire burners.. ‘C’ and ‘D’ types

    I understand they were also used in table lamps around this time.. early cool stuff :thumbup:
