    Looking very closely I think they've somehow attatched the brass bell to the original hood somehow, probably with rivets. Im guessing the topmost section rusted through so they added the brass to make it look..... Hideous!

    It's just looking for some pixie to buy it. I really doubt it would work. Might be useful for parts?
