    Petro Pintsch
    Made in Germany
I had to make a special tool for the 2-sided bottom valve .Thread size of cleaning needle and needle carrier and linkage are not compatible with Petromax parts . Again ,I had to come up with something to reuse the original parts. When I then screwed the carburetor into the tank , I noticed that the entire screw connection on the top of the tank turned as well.I had to laboriously solder it together.

My fellow collectors in Germany could not find Petro Pintsch as a registered trademark in any directory.Certainly there are connections from Julius Pintsch and Pintsch Elektro to the Petro Pintsch pressure lamps .Petro Pintsch pressure lamps were probably the first of a small family of pressure lamps. These included Pico Star , Petro Star ,Day-Lite , Bosse and maybe more. The older ones have a pressure tank Like this Petro Pintsch and straight vents in the collar and hat.
    This Petro Pintsch shows strong similarities to the Italia Solex 300 HK. 20220728_180415.jpg 20220728_180155.jpg 20220728_180400.jpg IMG_20220729_153523.jpg IMG_20220729_112053.jpg IMG_20220729_103204.jpg IMG_20220729_105139.jpg 20220728_180339.jpg 20220728_180210.jpg 20220728_180527.jpg IMG_20220729_122912.jpg IMG_20220729_153306.jpg
