Hi guys, this fungi has been in a colony for years close to where we live and I thought it was wood ear or jelly ear but now im not certain. Jelly ear 'cups' are supposed to point down but these dont. They're growing on the remains of some very old rotten logs and ive seen them in the same location for 4 or 5 years now.

Can anyone positively ID them for me?

Thanks @presscall I've thanked Knee for the info and won't pick any more as it may be rare. We have plenty of other varieties to choose from anyway.
