Bought this one minus the pump and not quite sure what I have .The seller sold this one , a TL 106 and the gallery all separately so I am not sure which lamp the gallery belonged to.
That is a TL-120-A and the gallery is for an older Tilley table lamp, the stem unscrews from the tank.
The TL-120-A came with a steel gallery and the link below shows a complete example. TL 120A Sept. 1972
The gallery was missing two of the globe holding screws. Here's the process I used to make them. I will make another one so they will all look the same.
It's working with its own gallery now. Unfortunately I heard the dreaded ping while preheating when the repro globe cracked. At least it is working well.
Nice job mate, shame about your globe, maybe to much pressure on the gallery screws? I believe this might cause the globe to crack, just a thought? I still use cracked globe's until they fall apart.
