    Hi fellow collectors,

    I have recently acquired a Coleman 243K lantern dated A 1941. The lantern is in pretty good condition for it's age. I have done a very light restoration/ cleaning - it pressures well and functions 100%. The lantern was originally found in Rustenburg, Northwest Province, South Africa - a mining town. Regards Jacques

    Hi Jean thanks, this little lantern seems to have been used sparingly. I will post some more pictures.

    @Jacques Van Der Rijst

    Your lantern is a good candidate for the Reference Gallery when you’re ready.

    Cheers

    Hi Tony, I will gladly put it up there. Will have to take some better pictures though.

    It has been moved to the reference gallery, so no need for a new topic.
    If you want to add more pics, it's just to keep posting in this topic.
