Mid 1917 - 18 QL327

    Several holdover features from the first gen 327's and early 323's. Such as flat filler bung, round face valve wheel, and lighting door frame. New features that started showing up around August of 1917 are the hex filler cap, 7/16" gland nut with valve safety stop, and second generation Quicklite mixing chamber with shorter 3" burner tubes.

    I note the slightly off-centre central hole in the cast brass burner.

    It always amazes me about QL's that you can buy one today and get that 100 year old lantern to run again with the snap of a finger. Coleman magic.
