    This is Gloria Model N or Knight Light model 311.

    Odd thing here is the use of that Turban fount. Gloria/Knight used that on a few table lamps and this lantern. I have a couple of them here and they are identical to the Coleman Turban. Not close but identical and in fact I can't tell them apart. Begs the question, who made them? We have three major manufacturers who seem to all use the same fount which appears to have been made in one factory but which one? The easy way out is to say Gloria bought in founts from Coleman. I have doubts though unless they bought up obsolete stock from Coleman after they had dropped the Turban fount lamps in around 1916-1920. ::Neil::

    Then I think we can exclude the Gloria, because when this lantern was out for sale, there also was an image of the brass tag you can spot at the bottom of the globe cage, just inside the sliding door on Karlis picture:
