'Oil' lamp?

It's a Veritas gas lamp, takes the 'camping gaz' cylinder....

 

Does it run on LPO?

Seriously though, an interesting looking beast even if it is a gassie. I have never seen like this one before.

If it could run well on propane or butane, I'm sure it would take in LPG without trouble too.
