I've got old lamp in bad shape, needle is broken in nozzle. Glass "JENAer SUPRAXGLAS" looks new. But anyway, what model it is? All parts are on the workshop table, no top dish
Given the shape of the hood, I would guess that it is a 645 with 300 HK. The jet can most likely be freed by heating with a gas torch so that fuel residue is burned off, and then by an ultrasonic bath with a mild solution of citric acid. Do not poke around too much in the jet orifice as this risks enlarging it.
What about missing top dish/reflector. Any chance toget it? And when nozzle will be clear - needle on the end of central rod is necessary?
Almost impossible I'd say. There might be little chance to get a spare parts donor at some day. You can replace the needle with a 250 or 350 CP Petromax needle which will fit. Those can still be bought from various sources. Operation without the needle is possible in general, but in case the jet gets blocked because the vaporizer is not 100 % clean it will soon be annoying.
Here is a Phoebus 645 -just for reference. You can use a Petromax 300/350 jet with the corresponding Petromax needle as Martin says. If you can get an older Optimus 300 Top/Vent (see last photo - bottom top) - it should fit nicely - although not red. Picture “cheats” a bit - the two top vent’s have the same outer diameter.

Me too, now needle stacked and removed by force and drilling up to .5mm still working on it. I'll try without needle. Will see.
That is way too much, even when burning alcohol. 300 CP with alcohol has about 0.3 mm size of the orifice. You should replace the jet with a new one for 250 or 350 CP as the nearest fits.

Hi @Mariusz , an assortment of parts like this would be the appropriate set to get the lantern back in service. The clay burner is identical. However, this set is meant for the 500 CP Petromax, and for your Phoebus something comparable for a 350 CP lantern would be a more appropriate match. Of course you also don't need the jet for the Rapid torch preheater as well. You could order all of the required parts separately and select the parts individually from this page.
