Hello I’m looking for a pricker rod for an Aladdin 12A made in Sweden. It’s a 2 piece rod the pricker is on top of a short rod which treads onto a longer rod which treads into the eccentric. I’m also in need of the jet that treads onto the top of the generator. Any help would be appreciated. Mark in Coolaman NSW
I think I can help you, but not until I get a chance to check on Sunday. Can you tell me the length of the rod (without pricker fitting); and can you please post a photo of the pricker fitting and rod if you still have them. And… don’t lose the small nut at the bottom of the pricker rod. Tony

Why do you think you need a new rod? Edit! I see now. What you need is the top pricker assembly, not the rod it attaches to. I think I can help you (Sunday check), Tony
Yes I need the top part only the pricker wire is gone plus the jet is plugged and I can’t get it opened up. Thanks Tony Mark
If you can find some wire about 0.15 mm you can prick the jet. I’m sure I’ve got the correct pricker for you, but need to check. Best regards Tony
Acupuncture needle wow! I’ll see if I can locate a set. Maybe if I get a set I could use one to stop my wife from twitching every time I bring home a lantern. (Ok just kidding)
That might just work! It would be useful to have a set of several different diameters for testing vapouriser hole sizes. I have seen 0.15 0.16 0.18 and 0,2 in my scanning around. There are probably more.
@MarcoM I do have the correct pricker (it’s a Radius 119 pricker) but I’ve been flat chat with work, and I’m heading o/s today, so can’t organise post. Can you send me a personal message (Conversation) next week after 12 March? Cheers Tony
