    Received today this nice red Coleman 200 lantern.
    Its of same age as myself. (Ok, lantern is 3 months older, but same year)
    Should give nice christmas light with the other red sisters.

    A 200A was my first lantern i bought to restore and use... 20 years and hundreds of lanterns later, anytime im at a shop or sale and see a 200A my heart races just a wee bit. They are sexy, simple and dang bright.

    In my humble opinion, the 200 series is one of the prettiest lanterns ever made.

    @ColinG isn't that a large 500cp lantern?

    No, it's really quite small. Tomorrow I'll post a photo of it with one of my Solar 500s so you can see the size difference but I've "turned in" for tonight.

    I love my Solar 200 - always works, really quiet and lights really easily :thumbup:

    Here are my Solar 200cp and 500cp together. It's difficult to tell but the 500cp is huge and uses a much larger globe (12cm x 12cm) than a standard Petromax clone. They both work well and give out a good light.
