Baby Petromax No 821 sold in Argentina

    3 29 = March 1929
    Sold in Buenos Aires/Argentina
    I had to replace the centering bottom,globe and carrying handle.

    A nice restoration.
    This one is rather special. It is not so easy to find Petromax lanterns(821, 826, etc) which were made before 1930.
    There were more Petromax hanging/donut and table lamps made around this earlier period (1910s to 1920s).
    Besides, it has the importer's own nameplate attached in addition to E & G's.

    A collector friend of mine gave me an original centering bottom from his fund.I think it looks a lot better than the old one.:)
