Coleman 295 "Powerhouse" lantern (07/02)

    This is a Coleman 295 - 700T "Powerhouse" lantern made in July 2002 (USA).

    I use it as a "go to" lantern, but I thought it worth documenting here in the Reference Gallery.

    It came from the estate of Kerry Leslie (@kerry460), hence the "feet" on the base of the tank and the cover on the bail.

    Looks good with that style of glass rather than the cylindrical version.

    That was the glass on it. I’m not sure if Kerry put it on, or he bought it like that.

    I have a Powerhouse and they certainly are a powerful lantern.

    Nice 'modern' twin mantle lantern with a good sized globe.

    @Tony Press Them came with a straight globe, same as a 220/228. The large bulge globe fits 236/237 or the newer kerosene equivalents. Looks good there though.
