Hi all, I restored this old Aida N°214 several weeks ago. Despite its worn appearance it is complete in good condition including the original glass and solid brass. On the jet it is engraved Aida and 0,19. I just did a deep cleaning leaving the original patina. Miraculously this lamp does not have brass stress disease. The pump is flexible, it holds the pressure very well, I have not changed anything for the seals, the NRV and made with a cork seal. Some elements make me think that it must be quite old with the stamp on the pump, the loops of the generator which is different from all my Aida lamps. The plate holding the cage and pierced. Coucou serge, Je suis heureux de te lire. Il faut que je précise que la poignée de cette lampe est en acier et non en laiton. Cette lampe achetée sur un coup de poker pour un prix modique n'a révélée que des bonnes surprises. A bientôt.

I didn't want to disturb this lantern, it is very solid and its owner or subsequent owners have taken great care of it because the glass is still there.
