An Austramax 2/300 I bought back into service, I’ve always liked the Austramax. So now with company closing unfortunately makes them even more collectible. It took me along time to find my first 2/300. I’ve restored this one from various parts from fallen 2/300, it’s like donor parts. Makes them special. Still very cool
Nice to see such a rare lamp shining brightly. I love It when a a plan (or a pile of parts) come together. Great work

Austramax closed yesterday. I’ll write up a piece on the end of an era, but there’s still a few discussions going on, so it’s not time yet. Tony
