Going English

I finally found a Tilley Stormlight to go with my Bialaddin 300X on this side of the Atlantic. Took a bit of cleaning and fettling on the Tilley. Flushed the fount, straightened the cleaning needle, replaced some gaskets and the pump leather. Now glowing nicely.

Nice to see. Did you fit the pre-heater cup to the Tilley or did it come with it ?

 

The preheater cup was purchased a couple of years ago for a Coleman lantern (wrong size). I kept it, figuring that I would need it sometime in the future. I was right.
