Here we have a unic lamp dont know what the number will be but it is the big sized tank and 4 tubed burner a model number would be nice if anyone knows. The tank was in a bad way numerous stress cracks along the the decorated band just above where the skirt sits, also solder repairs done by a previous owner in a failed attempt to remedy this. Only way i had a hope of dealing with this was to silver solder the tank from the inside so here we go. some of the cracks and solder repair. So it was chop the base out try to fix this The base was in good order but i could not get it out and reuse it due to how it was fixed Then solder all the cracks from the inside Once done i made a new steel base and soldered into place the brass tank was looking rough with all the heat this done and it holding pressure i gave it a dose of tank sealer So now while that cures onto the arms at first i thought i had done the hard bit till i tried to thread the 2mm fuel pipe down the arm but know a previous repair stood in my way i could not leave them like this. I thought i better redo this join. for this i used silver solder of the hard type high melt point but it does not flow as easy so good for gap filling looks much better tho. so finally i was able to put a pipe thro the handle to the control tap ferrule to serve the burner the filter needed cleaning and the pricker was shot again so needed a new one but the burner looked good to go Finally after curing the por 15 this morning it was good to go enjoy the pictures Tidy lamp now and a decent runner cheers pete

@presscall @Conny C @Michel thanks lads long time since i posted lamps on here No.8 thanks michel what years would this be? pete
It's a Model 8. Model 13 lacks the reflector. The address on the gauge dates it from before 1933 when the cul-de-sac was opened up and the numbers changed. ::Neil::
absolutely, model 8 The "Unic lumière" sociéty is regularly found in commercial or postal directories from 1921, just after the first world war. Even if Eugène Brodier had a lamp business before 1910 and sold the same kind of lamps under his proper name This lamp can have been produced between 1921 and 1931/33 (It is difficult to be more precise) https://www.lampepression.com/france-unic-lumiere
