Subscribers only?

Hi, I would like know how to subscribe so I can view all the library info that says under library "subscribers only"?

Contemplating getting rid of other subscription and replacing with being a subscriber here so I can get all the content available here including literature and whatnot, but I don't know if it's worth the cost?
