Very nice, @Marko57. From a 1926+ Gloria Light Co. of Australasia Catalogue: Yours is not the same. The illustrated one has a French Lilor tank. Also possibly different burner setup. Cheers Tony
@ROBBO55 Hello Martin, They are used to steady it when the tank is tilted back to push the heat up. You could call this one a lean tree model as you need something under the front of the tank to do this. I do have another one which has the same round ball at the front with a large adjusting screw to tilt it back. Cheers Mark.
