It looks like the same burner for the hollow wire and the stand alone heater.

Nice ad, notice the control wheel is on the front. I used to have two of these and both had the same
wing shaped control on the back.

@Tony Press Yes same burner, my other one was missing bits which I found on a light to complete it.
