Another glorious day in the UK so another light up. I could get used to this!

Burning the Peebee tonight. Still not sure how to properly reference this model!

The light actually drew my eldest away from his computer for a while!

Perhaps we need a computer game where you light a lantern "Simulantern" or "Virtual lampy" or the like... A player could move about scenarios and "light up" - illuminating and winning prizes such as better lanterns, fuel, mantles etc - all while avoiding the evil sunglight or worse still the LED torch..

    Nice photos Scott
…yes some decent weather for a change

@Paul Wallis they are very similar but also turn up marked as PeeBee (Phare Besnard) or Wunder .. (Wunderlamp) I understand that these European versions have metric sizes + threads?
the threads I read were thinking towards a Hasag version that other companies put their own stamps on?
They are nice old lamps

    Nice lantern @Scott D .
I was scared to ask. Didn't want to show my ignorance.

Yes the export versions from Nulite all look very similar. My Summit, a Dutch Nulite export has very similar features!
