    Ingenious J-tube attachement to the lower holding plate.
    On the Rapid ,fuel and air are sucked in through small holes in the intake pipe.An interesting solution . Unfotunately, the air holes become clogged over time .

    Any idea about approx. manufacturing year/period? 350cp must be after WWII, right? So Hipolito must have been manufacturing much longer this old style, positive shut off rapids then Petromax?
    That wasp nest was a cool addition :lol:
