Veritas 350?

I have 9 Veritas lanterns, 4x 350's, 4x Superbs and an unfinished P9955 project (I will finish it one day). Both the 350s and the Superbs start easily, work well and put out a decent amount of light. My honest opinion is that these lanterns probably got used and abused for years until the jets got oversized with continuous use. This might explain the symptoms described that could be due to over-fueling!

 

This is mine, all i did was to fit a mantle and add fuel. I usually take it to Ashover where it works without faults and amazes experts! i am restoring a chrome tank version which works perfectly but i need to find an original glass so if anyone has one please PM me
